Booking terms

These terms apply to Soft Era Yoga group classes at Ferniegair Hall. Please read them before booking.

Who you are booking with

Your booking is with Soft Era Yoga. Booking and customer-service enquiries can be sent to soft.era.yoga@outlook.com. Classes take place at Martial Arts Community Hub (Ferniegair Hall), 130 Carlisle Rd, Ferniegair, Hamilton ML3 7TX.

Prices and confirmation

A single class costs £10. You can also buy a 4-class block for £35 or a 6-class block for £50. A place is confirmed after successful online payment or after a valid class credit is used. Every class has a maximum capacity of 12 people. Please keep your booking reference.

Block bookings and class credits

A 4-class block adds four class credits and a 6-class block adds six class credits to the email address used at checkout. One credit is used for each class booked. Credits are valid for 6 weeks from the date the block payment is confirmed.

If you need more time to use remaining credits, you can request an extension by emailing soft.era.yoga@outlook.com. Extensions are considered individually and are not automatic. Any agreed extension changes the expiry date shown against that block.

When an eligible credit booking is cancelled by Soft Era Yoga or is cancelled through the admin system in line with the cancellation policy, the credit is returned to the same block. The block's current expiry date still applies unless an extension is agreed.

Cancellations and refunds

Email soft.era.yoga@outlook.com at least 24 hours before the scheduled class begins. A £10 card booking can receive a full refund; a booking made with a class credit can have that credit returned to the same block. Cancellations made within 24 hours and non-attendance are non-refundable and do not automatically return a credit.

If Soft Era Yoga cancels a class, a £10 card booking can receive a full refund or transfer to another available class. A credit booking can have the credit returned or be moved to another available class. These terms do not affect your statutory rights. Because the booking is for a leisure activity on a specific date, the usual 14-day online cancellation right does not normally apply.

Health and participation

You are responsible for deciding whether the class is suitable for you. Tell Naomi before class about any injury, health condition, pregnancy or concern that may affect safe participation. Stop if you feel pain or unwell and seek medical advice when appropriate. Yoga instruction is not medical diagnosis or treatment.

Attending class

Please arrive in time to begin safely and wear comfortable clothing. Bring water. You may bring your own yoga mat if you prefer, but it is optional because mats are provided. Follow the teacher's safety instructions and respect the venue and other attendees.

Contact and law

Questions should be emailed to soft.era.yoga@outlook.com. These terms are governed by Scots law and any dispute may be dealt with by the Scottish courts, subject to your mandatory consumer rights.
